Echo Hills Christian Study Center was founded to provide educational services to deepen and enrich the understanding of the Christian faith especially in the study of the New Testament and the history and theology of worship.
Echo Hills Christian Study Center is committed to the the biblical faith that Jesus Christ is the all-sufficient Savior and Lord of all. As the eternal Son of God who also became a man, he accomplished the salvation of the people of God by his life, death, resurrection and ascension to the right hand of God the Father. By faith we are united to him and share in all that he is and has done for us. We are chosen in him, the elect one. We are justified in him, the righteous one. We are sanctified in the holy one. And we shall be glorified in the exalted one. This faith that Jesus Christ is perfect Savior and universal Lord was witnessed to by the ancient Fathers, and recovered at the Reformation. Therefore, from the perspective of history, this biblical faith can be called catholic and Reformed. The beginning of the this faith is to receive and rest upon Jesus Christ alone for salvation as he is offered to us in the gospel. The foundation of the faith is the careful exposition of the biblical text with its center in the Gospels. The chief expression of this faith is the worship of God the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit according to the Scriptures.
